2019 CBC Championships

CBC 2019 Match Program short.doc Well, its getting to be time to get this out. We are having our 28th 2019 CBC Championship match on April 27th & 28th at the PeEll Sportsmens Club. Re: New and Improved "Chip Free" Update on Nationals Numbers

That was a smart idea to put that in the program. Nothing worse than having to redo relays sheets on the fly. Poor planning on your part is not the match directors problem. :ymapplause:

Re: Update on Nationals Numbers

A person's ego is one of the problems. They take a look at the course and think this should be easy. Then they shoot the match and find out that it isn't that easy. And shooting beside a guy that just shot a 39 really makes it worse. Over the 30 years I have been doing this I have seen a lot of that...

Re: Update on Nationals Numbers

I usually don't voice my opinion, but this is a interesting topic. It is hard to get new people shooting, because its not a easy sport we do. Smallbore is not to bad, but Hp is pretty hard at times. With muzzle blast from the guy next to you, and the recoil. As for the factory rifle, we had a person...

Re: Conard Cup Results?

We had had 98 shooters at the match. John Mullins won with a 153x160. Justin Marsh had a 151x160, he actually had a 152 but I called him on a late shot. Sure glad it wasn't the deciding shot. We had pretty good weather for Washington, sun and mist and rain with very little wind. We had a great time,...

Re: Update on Changes for 2018 Silhouette Nationals

Sad to here no score keepers. Have had a lot of fun talking with them and watching them grow up. I will have to find someone else to give our chairs to. I am ok with the changes, would of sure liked to get one of those rings. I guess the main thing is we are still having the match at Raton. Hope to ...

Re: Uberti 1866 Sporting 22 LR for sale

I have one in 22 mag and 22 LR. I like them both. They are a pretty close match to my Buffalo Bill 30-30. I did a little trigger work to them and they are great. Don't really need a spare, so I thought I would offer this at a no profit price to a fellow shooter.

Uberti 1866 Sporting 22 LR for sale

I have extra Uberti for sale. It is still wrapped up in the box. It has a 24" bbl. When I order one they had another as well. So I picked it up too. I have $975 into it. Should cost about $25 to ship it.

Re: Got paint?

Over the last 27 years I have always used Krylon white paint. It dries better and quicker than about anything I have tried. I covers good to, but over the last few years it seems not to be as good as it was for coverage. But still better than the others. Yes it costs more, but you get what you pay f...
