I shoot 26" because cedestech does. That's all the reason I long for.

It seems to be the case. Feels super cartoony.
It's the exact same forum software as another forum I check into every once in a while, Target Talk.

http://www.targettalk.org/index.php
I've always been partial to vBulletin myself.

Re: Anschutz Options

Will the 2500x fit in the McMillan Master Silhouette stock? It fits in all of the other McMillan benchrest stocks so I can't see where it wouldn't fit this one. Especially if you're buying it flat topped. Thank you. Do you know of anyone that has built a standard class rifle out of it? I think I ha...

Re: Anschutz Options

Me personally. It would be a Holeshot 2500X Single Shot. You need to find somebody that has one, hold it and shoot it before you spend that huge amount of money. You may not like the way the custom actions feel. If you build a hunter rifle out of it, you will need to be careful with barrel length a...

David, They are like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get. Personally, I have better successful with savage 10's. I have four and they all shoot 1/2 moa. If there was a two stage trigger available for the Savage actions, they would be much more appealing to me. I basically don'...

Re: Best Group: CZ 457 American .22 LR

Chambering the rounds from the magazine caused flyers with both ammo brands for some reason. Bullets are usually deformed/altered in some way when being fed from the magazine causing an inconsistency between bullet shape from shot to shot. Every gun will group better being single fed. That group sh...

Re: Anschutz Options

If you are buying new components to build a new rifle, it makes more sense to go with one of the many custom actions such as the Stiller 2500X now sold under a new name I think called Holeshot. The reason I say this is because the prices for Anschutz barrelled actions have skyrocketed. No differenc...

Another nonlistener. You two really need a fight. You will have to find it with someone else. I have no time for people only looking to argue and unwilling to pay attention. I've paid attention to the entire thread. You can't seem to answer the most simple question of "why can't you shoot your scop...

Re: bolt failure

If you compare modern rimfire rifles to modern center fire rifles I'd think you could fill a 22lr case with bullseye and still not damage the action... then again, I could be wrong.... I wouldn't be eager to call the Anschutz 54 action modern myself. I just don't generally associate things born in ...

Re: Silhouette Rifle Rules Changes - 2018

I don't know how many times you can be asked for reasons behind what you want. After six pages of this without you giving any real answers I guess we'll just have to suppose that you don't have any reasons. I will apologize to you again for whatever I said online that has triggered you; but after a...
