Re: Bad News

So only like 10 to 15 people would be attending the nationals then? It's not like we are turning people away because our matches are full, then invite only could be feasible. For the 2020 south west nationals, the 1000 yard match sold out in 30 minutes (for the 2019 it was about 2 hours and 6 hours ...

Forum registration issue

The site has an issue with the registration. If you fill out the form, hitting the submit button doesn't do anything at all.

I only know because a new silhouette shooter is trying to join the site. I did try it too and was able to replicate the issue.

Can someone look into this?

I had his address too. Someone was spoofing his email or something as I got my invoice from this guy from an email that is saying it's from Steve, it lists his email address in the from and to section.

Re: American Silhouette Shooters in China

Aside#2: Is not crispr a totally table top, pipetting method of gene editing? I do not think gene splitting is what these pseudoscientists are trying to accomplish but maybe gene editing. There are probably many table top methods of gene editing. No crispr is not a tabletop method of gene modifying...

Re: American Silhouette Shooters in China

Yes. I know it seems like it must take millions of dollars worth of equipment, but genetic bootleggers will steal or buy on the black market the equipment they think they need. Who knows if they are successful? Research projects lose funding. Equipment sits idle and administrators do not even know ...

Re: American Silhouette Shooters in China

It does not take a scientist or lab to create a out of control, incurable virus. All it simply takes is a parent who wants to genetically modify his child to be 12 inches taller, 100 pounds heavier and more muscular and/or be more intelligent than anybody has ever been in his family. These deranged...

Scam Warning Paul Sarauer

Either Steve Wooster or myself have gotten our email hacked. Or they can spoof emails, I am not that tech savvy so I have no clue, but: If you had business with Steve Wooster, dont send any checks for Steve to a different address other than Steve's address in Washington. I am guessing you know his r...

Re: picture of the box or jig

There is no real need for the box anymore. The rule for the drop at the toe of the butt stock is not there anymore. Make a 2.25 inch c channel out of wood or whatever, if it fits in the loading port then you are fine in the depth of stock department. Also make a gauge 1.5 inches tall for checking sc...

Doo, he already has the B&C stock.

Rem, I'm not seeing how a McMillan version of the Anschutz stock will be an upgrade over the B&C version of a McMillan stock

Re: NRA Silhouette Handbook

Probably a silly question, but WHY do they need to print them? The Rule-book, although available as a "hard-copy", is available on-line as a pdf. Come to think of it, updates, changes, corrections, addendum's etc. could be done and made available immediately. It's not hard, really. He did post a li...
