WTS: Anschutz 2002 SSP air rifle

Surplus to my needs. No mods have been done to it. Bought it recently from trusted seller who had the seals replaced last year. $750 ftf in Phoenix or $800 shipped from 85027.

Thanks,
Zoran

Re: air rifle for practice

If you are planning on only 10m, and want really cheap, a used reconditioned daisy 853 from CMP is $120 shipped. I bought that first before going to my Anschutz 2002

Re: Tikka T1X rifle

I have one, I like it so far but only put about 200 rounds through it. More than accurate enough for silhouette, and I am getting the timney 2 stage trigger soon. I like the fact that it fits in the same stocks as the T3 line. Not as smooth as the t3, I would put it in the same boat as the cz452s an...

Re: WTS: Willoams FP 39 for Marlin 39a

I will check when I get home, but I think it does have the longer elevation screw. The two set screws I backed out so I can freely turn the knobs without any friction so I don't break it in case I forgot to loosen them first. I use the grub screw on the elevation adjustment to stop it from moving on...

Re: Scoped Lever action silhouette

The reason why there is a creep in what kind of sights people are using, could be because of the time and effort dedicated to the sport. Does it make sense to spend a few hours loading ammo, then driving an hour or two to a match, just to miss because the sights are barrel mounted and and cant be ad...

I have a newer 1712 with the original 2 stage trigger that I can't get adjusted to my liking. What are other 2 stage trigger options for the 1712.
No other options for the 1712. The 5018 trigger fits only the match actions, and most are single shot, but repeaters can be found.

Re: bolt failure

Zoran, just another name for the bolt body that "houses" the firing pin and spring assembly internally and the bolt handle/locking lug assembly externally. Bobby H I have not seen the pictures, but I find it hard to believe that the actual bolt where the cartridge rests on, failed and blew back. Wh...

Re: bolt failure

Eley will say it was the rifle. Anschutz will say it was the cartridge. If you work with Anschutz rifles very much at all you will see bolt housings with casting flaws and cracks, broken ejection stops, parts that are not heat treated properly or not heat treated at all and other manufacturing flaw...

Re: Silhouette Rifle Rules Changes - 2018

Friend is letting me try a rear lens in my sight this weekend for a match. I have been doing lever silhouette only as a fun thing because I cant see the target. If I can see the target, I'll be sticking with the lens and increasing my lever gun match participation. I would rather shoot and enjoy it ...

Re: Silhouette Rifle Rules Changes - 2018

NO LENSES?????? What caused this utterly disastrous rule change? I'm 70+ years old with 70+ year old eyes and have been using a rear lens for as long as they've been allowed. I NEED the lenses to shoot. So what do I do now? I am so ticked off right now that I'm going to stop before I say what I rea...
