Re: Henry H001TLB 22 trigger job & sights

My eye sight doesn’t allow me to use.019. The .038 is too big but the.029 is perfect for my eyes. My eye sight determined which size I use.

You won’t go wrong with a Henry. If I didn’t already have this 39A, I would get a new Henry.

Re: Tang sight for a Marlin 39a

Also, concerning the Uberti, the rear screw goes through the stock and threads into the metal underneath of which I put a dab of blue lock tite on those threads. If screwing into just the wood of the stock might not turn out as well, unless some epoxy is in the hole for the threads in the stock.

Re: Tang sight for a Marlin 39a

Mmmm. Nope. Not at the moment, I also want to know what tang sight to get for my model of 39A. I’ll look tonight, but am thinking that my serial numbers are on the underneath and won’t be an issue. I’m wanting the Creedmore style.

Re: Tang sight for a Marlin 39a

I have a Uberti .357 that has some engraving on the tang. I did not want to drill through it for my tang sight. I used only one mounting screw at the rear and did not drill for the front screw nor did I use one there at all. Just using the rear screw alone didn’t secure the sight base. So very caref...

Re: HOLYCOW Dustin

I’m a not so good shooter thru no fault of the rifle nor the ammunition, I just really love the sport and who all I shoot and socialize with. But I also try to keep my mouth shut but I reckon that is something that I have in common with a very famous Texan, Ron White, I just don’t have the ability. ...

It is a really good looking range. Thank You for replying. I know I won’t be able to come this year but plan to make an effort to get there in 2019. Thanks.

Re: Fine

Why is this topic in the Marketplace section? You'd have to ask the OP why he posted his rant here. The thread has gone off into the deep end of the off-topic pool on it's own... well, mostly because of Danny and Emmett. :D Hush Alan.... we be talking food.... Beef or pork ribs? Tangy sauce or vine...
