Re: Does anyone remember the Thomasville sport shooters club?

I remember them with State and Regional matches in the late '80's when Hunter Pistol was in it's own and then dropped out of sight as the '90's came around and the clubs in Thomasville, Manchester, GA, Valley AL, Callaway, Milledgeville, Riverbend, Warm Springs, Jacksonville, Central FL, Hover, AL,...

Going to have to bring the Gator and Ms. Gator out of retirement to get this done, Spread the word an let's see if we can get something going. Still the possibility of...

Re: classifications

I made two different attempts to get the scorebook to go at least 3-5 years by entering the scores as “25/31” where the 25 was last year and 31 the highest on the past 3-5 years. The decision of 3 or 5 years was not as important to me as the fact the scores were carried more than 1 year. In both cas...

Re: Chattanooga Rifle Club

Hi Bob Glad things are going your way in the desert. The gate issue at Chattanooga has some history behind it that is understandable. Having said that, it was not too much an issue with most of us, since we had been doing it for so long. The issue was the damage from the lightning the day before. On...

They are usually on the 4th Saturdays beginning in April or so and going through November this year. Also probabl...

Re: 2016 Tennessee Smallbore Rifle Silhouette State Championships

Hi Chris; The policies at the Chattanooga Rifle Club are that the gate is NEVER left open and access is as a member’s guest. Long story but that is the rule. Ghost is correct about the reason for not leaving it open. I was the match director and we had personnel at the gate at all the times stated i...

Workin' on it. Spoke with Malcolm (the Golf God) and he gave me some hints that he said would guarantee warmer weather for the April match. It's great to have connections!
