Re: Big Changes

These are great ideas except they do not account for the occasional registered silhouette shooter? The person who is lucky to shoot in a NRA registered match once every couple of years?

I guess myself and a couple of my friends need to send in our books.

Re: Big Changes

I am not sure it makes much of a difference, books or cards. I guess I should consider thinking about the possibility of maybe obtaining photos of my book prior to the next nationals at The Whittington Center. We don’t let a silhouette match get in the way of a good B.S. session and we certainly are...

I believe a photo of each page that you want a card for... ie: Small bore standard, small bore hunter,
I guess I could wait until the next registered match that I attend.

That would be the NRA National at The Whittington Centee in 2020.

Re: Big Changes

Maybe I will frame my old scorebooks and hang them on a wall as a tribute to a time now passed. \m/

Call me crazy but if you are wanting a new scope that is going to be a custom order then why not just call Leupold?
I will be happy to call you crazy.

You are one crazy silhouette shooter!

Thank you, I feel better now.

Its way easier to tumble in corn cob media with powdered jeweler's rouge added in (about 2tsp)....Clean and shiny ;)
Maybe but I already have one of the Thumbler Tumbers now. Maybe when it wears out.

Re: stock question

Does anyone remember if and when they (NRA) had the 7 1/2 dimension that the back of the stock could not drop more than 7 1/2 inches from the center-line of the barrel. ppkny I think that rule was waived for me and some others in the 2014 Nationals, then it was removed entirely before the 2015 nati...

Shootingstar, try contacting Silhouette Simplified on Facebook. I believe they are the very gracious people who provide the shooting clinics.

Re: What is your favorite metal polish to polish cases with?

Enough of that silliness. I am just going to tumble my brass with some water and dish soap. No more metal polish, drills and polishing rags for me.

I just hope that I am measuring out the powder correctly.

Small bore is so much easier to shoot. Just buy and shoot.
