Re: Miminum Velocity/energy for Silhouette?

Most FWB300's are tuned around 600+. I would think in calm wind you could get away with 550+. It's not so much knocking them down I believe as much as the dwell time at that velocity is

Re: Another Scope Question

Re: Help me set up a Marlin Model 60 for Cowboy SB

I currently shoot a '68 model 60 in Cowboy silhouette. I am shooting AA and have made AAA scores twice with it last year. Since the front blade and feed tube are one piece a globe is out of the question. I use the front blade and a Marble Bullseye rear. Very cheap and effective. As with any other gu...

Re: Hunter Pistol Silhouette scopes?

I'm thinking that is what I'm going to do... I scowered online last night and it seems 99% of the long eye relief "pistol" scopes are non-target turret, non-AO....

Hunter Pistol Silhouette scopes?

I'm going to be trying Hunter Pistol and am looking at scopes....

I have noticed pistol scopes don't have AO and haven't seen many with target turrets...

What are some popular ones used in Silhouette?

Re: Needing to figure out a new way to practice.

Download chicken targets, put them on the 50 yard line and shoot them. I make 20 copies of each animal and it cost less then $5 at the office supply place to make the copies. . I don't know about you but for me the hold is what I am always working on so one animal to shoot at is just as much work as...

Re: Chinese TX-200

Or buy mine, scope and mounts INCLUDED with a 1250 count box of CPL's AND the settings already on the scope... all you litteraly have to do is pull it out of the box, cock it, put a supplied pellet in it, dope the scope with the info provided, do a decent artillery hold and break the trigger.... Jus...
