Kevin, I think you have it backwards. The ILA controls the rest of the NRA.
That has become PAINFULLY obvious... :-l

Re: A better PC rifle?

Henry 357.... Wife has the 20" Allweather. Trigger needs love then it's good. Even the lightest, accurate load you can make will be cheap and knock down any PC target. Is it very accurate with iron sights? I have looked at them befor but decided against it because of the short sight radius. They sh...

Re: 200gr - Heavy Subsonic 357 Mag for 200M

Good write up. We (wife) are using the 180gr Sierra Tournament Master... box says handgun only but shhhh.... :) She too is recoil and weight (of the rifle) shy so minimum recoil with acceptable accuracy is the goal... FWIW, your not the only one. One look at the 6mm popularity in high power shows ju...

Re: 6BR vs .243 Winchester

I know there has been a lot of interest in 6BR and variants in recent years. I've spotted for a few. As noted there is little recoil. But I also witnessed a lot of rung rams. Lots of long faces when a nice score gets trashed by a rung ram. Then of course comes a call for light set rams, and so the ...

Thank you jbolt for the NRA letter. Make me think it will be up to the shooter to pay the fee annually. What is the comment about 'pins'? Will 5-10 pins now be sent when earned? Gotta doubt that!!
That has always been the clubs/match directors responsibility.

Re: New reporting work sheets for 2020 approved matches?

They are "excited"... LOL.... Where did you get this letter? This is the info I was wondering about that wasn't included in my approved match packet. Aaron Farmer emailed it to me when I inquired about the online reporting system and mentioned a little communication from the NRA to the match direct...

Re: New reporting work sheets for 2020 approved matches?

I emailed a picture of the scoresheet last year also... I know it was being done 10 different ways by 10 different match directors last year... You’d think for who ever is having to do the data entry they would pick one way and request everyone use it... oh well. Onward and lateral movements... :/
