Good story about a 'newbie'...

Post by nomad »

As many/most of you are probably aware, Cathy Winstead works for Zanders in IL as the Eley rep.

Was talking with Bart Eaton a couple of weeks ago and he mentioned that, when Cathy first went to work there, she wanted to get in some practice, so she went to a local club that shoots some informal silhouette and entered the match.

As Bart tells the story, some of the locals -- with NO idea who had just ridden into town on the big horse -- actually offered to help her 'get her feet on the ground'...but that stopped just about the time she finished the 1st bank!

Completely different numbers are now attached to the club records...

There are newbies and then there are NEWBIES!

Geez, you'd think when she pulled out her rifle they'd know what they had in front of them, eh? 8)
