I recently purchased a used 1712 in the stock fiberglass stock. It is not bedded, but the barrel has been changed to a stainless 6 groove and the action threaded along with a recoil lug upfront- I do not know who did the work, but seems well done.

For those of you shooting stock Ahg rifles. Have the guns been bedded or not?

Bedding the 1712 is pretty straight forward, watch a few youtube video's for any bolt gun with a standard recoil lug and it should be easy.
