As a match sponsor I thought this information was worth passing on.
I got a memo from Mr. Connor yesterday and in a nut shell it says "The committee stated that the tuning and replacing of internal parts is not considered an alteration".
Personally, I still feel like there is a place for PCP sporters, HOWEVER this should go a long way to "clear up" the muddy waters that may have been created....
