Another "Is it legal?"

I shot my first smallbore HPMS match this weekend, and while the guys at the club thought the gun was within the rules, I wanted to make sure. The pistol in question is a ruger MKIII with the older Volquarsten LLV top end. Rule 3.1(f) rebarreling with any standard barrel similar in size and dimension to the original is permitted. I'm just not sure where this barrel/top end falls within the rules. Thanks for any clarification.
