Store Bought BPCR Bullets

Post by Taps »

G'day All

Another bunch of us from down-under are planning on gracing you fellas with our presence at the BPCR Silhouette
Nationals in 2014. As we are also attending the CLAS Nationals, carrying enough ammo is going to be a problem.
Airline limit is 5kg in total.
Wondering if anyone uses the BPCR cast projectiles available from Buffalo Arms or similar, what is the quality like
and can they be relied upon ?
My idea being to order some and have them delivered to Whittington. We plan on shooting both matches in BPCR
so that would save a lot of lead having to be in the luggage.
Any other suppliers that you can recommend?

Regards
Taps

Taps. Sounds like a good idea to me, Buff arms is probably going to be your best shot for good quality.
If I were you, I'd give the owner, Dave Gullo a call and see what he can suggest to help, he was at the BPCR matchs last year and I'd bet he'll be there this year. They sell powder now too. See you mates there, John
