LOL!!! I think Mr. E's eyes just glazed over with all the info. Your all perfectly on the money but I think it was a bit too much. Mr. E this is it in the nutshell:
1. All the same named brass
2. Weigh all brass individually and get a pile within a couple of three grains of each other
3. Uniform flash holes and primer pockets
4. Full length size brass
5. After first firing then just neck size.
6. Pick a match bullet of appropriate weight for the twist of your bbl (I like sierra matchkings, Lapuas are too expensive)

any quality bbl will shoot fine for silhouette use. 1/2" to 3/4" @ 100 yards while not amazing should be acceptable A 200 meter chicken has about a 6" center mass? So even if your rifle shoots 2 1/2" @ 200 you're still pretty good. Of course the tighter the better. That's load refinement and another whole chapter
