I have a set of Redding Type S Match Dies for a 6 X 47 Lapua I bought by mistake and I can’t for the life of me figure out where I bought them. So I can’t return them.
It’s the set with the body die a bushing neck sizer and a match micrometer seating die. They were never used.
Midway has these on sale right now for $202.00 (out of stock though) I’ll sell these for $180.00 shipped.

I have a set, but these being the type S, wouldn't they use a bushing? If so, could they be used for the 6.5x47L with a proper neck bushing?

Good question. Possibly? I have a set like this for my 6BR and they really work well.

Al- I just bought the Redding full length sizer die with bushings in 6x47 Lapua. I sized the 6.5x47 Lapua cases down to 6mm without a problem. Think about it, there are presently no 6x47 brass available, so we really don't have a choice, Redding took care of it for us.

Al & tauglor- Sorry, my mistake, too early in the morning. I just tried the 6.5x 47 case in the Redding 6x47 sizer die, with no bushing, and it doe not enter far enough to the bushing area.

John, check out Eurooptic in Montoursville for 6.5 X 47 brass. I got some there last month.
