It's a beautiful rifle with the best sight setup you can get on it. The gun shoots and is ready to go. I'm really surprised he is selling it.

Yep. This is a really good deal. Ifn I was needing a small bore lever action rifle, I’d jump on this. I’ve bought a couple of rifles from cedestech and was happy both times.

Legally no. Would a match director run you off, no.
This is a 2MOA gun. You need a sub 1 MOA gun to successfully shoot 22BPCR. The ram is about the same size as a half scale pig but it's at 200 yards....
