Briley/Pharr 10-22 for sale

This was originally a Briley Hunter 10-22 that I changed the trigger to a Kidd trigger and had Mark Pharr bed the action into his Hunter stock a while back. The gun will shoot 1/2 to 3/4 MOA with the right ammo. It has a Leupold 18-40x on top sitting in Burris posi align rings. I have More than $2100 into the gun but that is what I want for it. It is very accurate with the right ammo, as is any good quality gun though. I am sure it would cost someone a lot more to build one like this now.
