Burris Zee Signature Rings Problems

I have read in another Fourm that there is a Manufacturing Problem when you go to Install the Rings on a Weaver Base You have to Open Up the Z cut out to put on the Rings. If you Measure Your uninstalled Rings there is a difference in Measurements between the 2 Rings.
