High power scope ring questions

Im wondering what people recommend for High power scope rings.
shooting Tikka t3x it has a 16.5mm dovetail or I can use a two piece pic/weaver rail
or start from scratch
I have a 1" tube Leopold BR 24x

I have a Remington 700 BDL and not a Tikka but I like the EGW mounting rail and the vertical split Warne Maxima Permanent attachable weaver style rings.

I went with a 2 piece 3/8a rail when I had my tikka, plus dual screw aluminum rings, all from Morr accuracy. I still use the rings on my r700 clone with another 2 piece rail. That was light and sturdy enough for silhouette, I don't need to grab and carry the rifle around by the scope.
