Weaver T36

Post by fwt1712 »

Is anyone using these?

I have been using an optics booster on my 6.5-20EFR for a few months now and am really appreciating the extra power i.e. boosted to 26.

I am interested in going further and would like some feedback on the T36 e.g. field of view, brightness, adjustment range and focus range.

I would like to use it on an air rifle and rf.

thanks,
Nigel.

Nigel,
I have shot several Weaver T36's, I still have at least one floating around somewhere. They are good scopes but for my eyes I prefer the brighter glass in a Leupold. I have several of the Premier boosted scopes (18 to 40X) but tend to shoot them around 26 to 30 power most of the time. I do shoot them at the 40 a little, but as I have aged the extra power is more than I want. Try shooting a Weaver for a while before going to one if you are used the Leupy.

Just sold my T36. Thought it was pretty clear. It was a little too much to hold. Bought a T24.
