I am getting great info, thank you so much.
I am now using a 3-9x40 on the 7 power. I have looked at a fixed 16 and it had too much movement for me at this point, that is why I think a 4-16 might work for me. The Sightron I am looking at, the pictures look good, are there other questions I need to ask the seller? What is the difference between this Sightron SII416X42 and one that is a "Big Sky"?

Big Sky scopes have much better glass.

The big sky silhouette glass is as good as any of the leupold vx3 glass. The only down side is the small turret has the moa markings very close together and very small. It I softer hard to read during a match.

Has anyone tried a new Redfield? If they're any good, their price point might make them a good fit.
