Henry Big Boy Brass or Steel 357 PC Silhouette
I plan to get a Henry Big for for PC silhouette and I am looking for opinions on the heavier brass version versus the lighter steel version. Seems like the brass version with the heavy octagon barrel will maybe not have as much of a POI shift as the barrel heats up and it should hold better being 1.6 lbs heavier. However, at work we use brass to self lubricate moving assemblies and I have seen it wear out. This makes me pause and wonder if I should get the steel version for longevity? Either way, both Henry's are heavier than the standard 20" Marlin 1894. All comments welcome.

Henry brass rifles will stand up to their steel rifles in strength and longevity.
It not brass it's a gun metal alloy.
And I like my Brass Big Boy in 357. Love the octagon barrel.
