Just a heads up...

The 2019 TSRA Texas State Lever Action Rifle Silhouette Championships will be held at Austin Rifle Club on May 4th and 5th. Check in and practice will take place beginning at noon on Friday the 3rd. 60 shot PCLA and SBCR matches will take place on Saturday the 4th. A 40 shot Rifle Cartridge match will take place on Sunday the 5th.

Thanks to everyone who has pre-registered for the State Match. If you plan on attending and have not registered, there is still room in smallbore and pistol cartridge; rifle cartridge is full. Let me know if you want to be wait listed.

I'm sure the competitors that are from Texas are aware of how much rain we have been receiving the past few weeks. Tim was at the range yesterday mowing, and unfortunately it is standing in several inches of water and cannot handle receiving any more.

The forecast for the rest of this week is for significant chances of rain, therefore a serious risk of flooding. With the safety of our competitors/friends in mind, we can't assume the risk.

For the above reason, we have made the decision to cancel the match.

The rescheduled date will be June 15th and 16th.


Please email if you would like a refund, or if you would like to wait for the rescheduled date.
