Yes that is a Kea chewing on a car as they often do. The Pig Island (Kiwi for the Yanks that don't know where the Pig Islands are) side of me coming out. I have raised exotic birds for years and the Kea's have always facinated me, I live in much to warm of a climate to keep them but the stories of those that do have them are hilarious. Similar personalities to the Bare Eyed cockatoos, escape experts and very destructive.
You were there at the warm time of year, did you get up on any of the glaciers?

WELL, A MONKEY OUT WALKING THE STREETS AT NIGHT IS JUST ASKING FOR TROUBLE.......AND......YOU GUESSED IT......A BIG ROTTWEILER COMES OUT OF NOWHERE AND CHASES THE CHIMP UP A TREE!!.
