Post by dustinflint »

Everyone,

The program and entry form for the 2017 Air Rifle Silhouette National Championships in Baton Rouge is attached. The match is moving from March to May this year and probably in the years to come. We hope everyone that shoots Air Rifles will come and enjoy a great match and some REALLY great food. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or post them up here!

This match is coming up in just under two weeks.

It will be another great match and great food too.
If someone has been putting it off, they need to plan on being here if they can.

Air Rifle Nationals starts tomorrow!

\:D/

Chances of rain going up through the weekend with a high chance of rain on Sunday (Target rifle day) will definitely make for a challenging match. I say bring it on!

Big thanks to Dustin, the Bayou Airgun Club, the Louisiana Rifle Silhouette Team, and the rest of the Louisiana crew for running a great match!

:ymhug:

Weather reports were calling for increasing chances of rain through the weekend but we got just a little rain on Saturday and Sunday it held off until we were done. Boy, did we luck out!

Scoreboards for Sporter on Friday, Open on Saturday, and Target on Sunday.

Attendance was rather light from previous years (I was told) and I was really surprised that more people aren't shooting Air Rifle Silhouette. In it's own way it is just as challenging as smallbore but much easier to put a match together with minimal requirements for the range. I hope more people take it up to keep things going.

Again, big thanks for a great National match!
