Help Needed with Follow Through
I am either AAA or Master in most of the Silhouette rifle disciplines but I feel that my lack of a strong follow-through is the problem holding me back. Many times I cannot stay on target long enough after the shot to see the target go down.
What tips do you have or drills that you do to improve follow-through?

The same goes for me about a poor follow through. Not the AAA or master part. I shoot poorly but I hope to learn how to improve.

My performance has been getting better as I work on better follow-through. I'm also curious to hear what the Masters have to say.

HI All ,
I believe the only way to improve follow thru is by adhering to the basics ...
Get your best footing and POSITION , footing is your natural point of aim .
The rifle in question MUST fit you as best it can ... OR modify it , a MUST .
DRY fire as often as possible , and pick a small point to aim at ...
DO not lie to yourself and constantly check your natural point of aim !
GOOD luck AND good shooting !
