Inexpensive scope rings?

Post by DavidABQ »

Who is using the cheapest scope rings on their silhouette rig? I will go first, I am using Leupold Rifleman scope rings, the horizontal split ones. Depending where you shop they go for between $16-$17 dollars.

So who is using even cheaper scope rings?

Old Ranger? Jerry? Kevinbear? Someone?

I used those same rings when I first started in 2008. If I remember, paid $12.00+ tax at local sporting goods store. They were 1" tall and got more less a jaw weld with my same stock I have now.

Cheap BKL's have been on smallbore and air rifles that have won many national, state, regional and club championships. Probably too many to document.
