The Chinese Lied To Me

On May 2, 2019 we were eating lunch at a Chinese restaurant. We have been customers at that restaurant for probably 35 years. My fortune cookie on that day contained the fortune: "A big fortune will descend upon you this year." The year 2019 is over.
I did not receive the big fortune. They promised me a big fortune this year and I have it in writing. I am upset. I had visions of buying a large acreage and building a super silhouette range to hold matches. Now the family has shut the restaurant down, is hiding in the back of the restaurant, eating the remaining inventory and avoiding me. They must know they lied to me with that fortune cookie.
What would you do?

They ate the same food they fed us customers and all four of them were as "skinny as a rail" as the saying goes.
