I use the Windows Snipping Tool that comes with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista. Simply view a picture or anything that's displayed on your computer screen and open Snipping Tool. Use the tool's rubber band box to crop and save the image. The file size is so small it works on this forum every time. My monitor's screen resolution is 1920 x 1800. The only thing Snipping Tool can't capture is itself because it disappears when you begin the selection process.
