I find it sad that there are so few comments on such magnificent shooting. Wish these folks were our national heros.

Maybe their friends have already congratulated them. When people you don't know or aren't immediately shooting with go out of their way to congratulate you it seems a bit creepy....

Or maybe that is just me...

Those scores were good scores because at times conditions were tough. Storms rolled through in the afternoons with the accompanying winds and low light conditions.

Conditions in the after noon where much tougher than the morning matches. Hotter, muggyness and changing light made for a tough game. Scores don't show it though. Many good scores show people came prepared.

Congrats to the winners (of course) but also to the many shooters not in master who gave it their best. To us mere mortals, to see scores of 35+, just hard to imagine the work and effort that goes into those scores. Being a handgun silo guy, I realize those in Master class are 50 times better than the occasional rifle shooter like myself. A truly hard sport, the people on the scoresheets above make it look easy, regardless of their class. A salute to all. :-bd

Our B shooters are better standing marksman than 99 percent of the general population.
