54 sporter firing pin spring
What is the correct firing pin spring for a 1968 Anschutz 54 sporter? Is it the same as a 14-series match rifle or the same as the 17-series sporters?

It looks like you have three choices:
Each of the three choices has a different firing pin diameter:
.203" diameter for the 1700 series.
.195" diameter for one type of 54 series.
.220" diameter for another type of 54 series.
Measure your firing pin with dial calipers or micrometer and your firing pin diameter should help you make the right choice.
If I remember correctly, the last time I ordered springs, it took almost 2 months for them to make a production run, but they did ship as soon as they were manufactured.
