Western Lever Gun Championship NRA National Lever Gun Silhouette Championship 2024
The registration and information is attached for the 2024 Western Lever Gun Championship/NRA Lever Gun Silhouette Championship 2024 to be held at the Whittington Center in July.
Also, we have included the registration information for the Western Sporting Rifle .22 Championship. Any questions on this match, please contact Tony Tello, the match director.
You will notice the Sporting Rifle Match set up day is June 28, with a 60 shot match following on Saturday, June 29 and again on Sunday, June 30.
There will be a complimentary lunch for all registered shooters at the Hunter PIstol Silhouette range on Sunday after the match. Placques will be awarded to the match winners and door prizes will be given in a random drawing.
July 1 will be an off day. Then Tuesday, July 2, registration and practice will be held for the Lever Gun matches. The matches will be July 3-6 with a shooters' dinner on Friday, Jul y5, at the cafeteria. With the additional help from the NRA, we will be able to increase the door prizes and rifles, etc. to be given away in a random drawing.
This match is shaping up to be the largest attended event we have hosted since we started the Western Lever Gun Match in 2021. There are several shooters coming from Pennsylvania and back East. Also, we are excited to announce that seven competitors will be traveling from Australia for the match.
If you haven't attended one of our matches, this is the year to do it. The good shooting and great fellowship have increased every year because we want you to have a FUN time, and the shooters have shown they appreciate this.
We will be working diligently the next six months to be sure you have an enjoyable time at the matches. See you in July at the Whittington Center.
