6.5 fodder
My squad members and I were all shooting ~139-141gr 6.5mm bullets this weekend and we each had two ringers at rams. My two were fairly solid. One was a bit low on the belly, but square. The other was right on the hind-quarter. The others were on the head, at the base of the horn at the nape and high-center back.
Now, was this just a bad day? Did the setters just have the rams loaded too far forward? Or is this fairly common with ~140gr fodder?
Another shooter remarked that some had tried 155gr 6.5mm MKings but that they went back to 140's.
Just curious on anyone's experiences or observations.
