It's my understanding Cascade used to shoot Silhouette until the range was "revamped" by the county a number of years ago. I finally ran into one of their flyers and called the Silhouette Chairman. He informs me they are in the process of welding up rails and intend to start shooting as soon as they are finished - perhaps after summer? He hasn't got a day of the month figured out yet, but he says he's going to need help getting things off the ground, especially when he returns from traveling in August.
