HP rules

Would someone direct me to the list of rules, and description of HP silhouette? I have shot SB silhouette.

Aside from the obvious differences, i.e. distance, caliber etc., what are the specific differences between the two?

Specific differences other than the obvious: targets, distance and caliber? Practically none. Weight of Hunter rifle goes from 8 1/2 to 9 pounds. That's about it.
