Target image with MOA superimposed

Post by SteveD »

I am looking for images of the C, P and T with MOA lines superimposed on it. I saw them before and snagged the Ram but I guess I didn't snag the others. Please send me a link if you know where to find them.

The Ram looks like this;

Thanks Jerry. The images on the NRA site are serviceable. They are a little different as they show 1" lines rather than MOA.

Yeah, I can do the math. LOL I am looking for a visualization rather than a measurement. :)

Still like to find the others to match the one I posted if anyone knows where to find them.

Thanks Allen. Especially since it was your comment about the size of the circle that made me want to look at this. :)

I didn't think I did but I went digging around in my files and found I actually did...

One more thing...

Make sure you're printing these files out at 100%, not "shrink to fit" or they will be incorrectly sized.

Isn't an MOA the same for all of our targets?

Theoretically, yes, at least between high-power, small-bore, and air rifle. Not sure how pistol, lever-action, etc. fit in there since the size/distance ratio is different.

I know someone will correct me but I believe lever action and hunter pistol are 4 or 6 MOA....

Pistol and BovinePerson Lever Action are shot on a different course so yes they would be different.

I shoot only HP and Smallbore Rifle Silhouette so I forget about the short range stuff. :D

I used to shoot pistol but it has been a while.

BovinePerson Lever Action just rolls off the tongue. It sounds good as a Championship name.

Wow, thanks for the link Allen. This is exactly what I was looking for a few weeks ago as well.
