Use the undersize mandrel with the Lee Collet die - the results is a tighter case neck when seating a bullet. You can still use the Factory Crimp die - if you want, but may not need to crimp...experiment to determine your need.

I use the Lee factory crimp die and found it made a big difference in SD in velocity shot to shot. Accuracy improved for me as well. YMMV.
