Hi my good mate Limey, good to hear from you and that you are feeling well. See ya next year, and say Hi to Ron..... And I could have shot a little better but I was distracted by that foreign sounding accent of yours %-( ..

Across what pond???? I thought Limey was from Pennsyvania. They talk funny there, too. But that is a pretty scary accent...

Ok I am confused about the rifle/scopes being given away. As of last year I was under the impression that the additional entry fees would be used to fund the rifle/scopes and that they would be given away in a random drawing with one for each class. The way I am reading it now would seem to imply that they will be given away as a prize award for the highest combined rifle scores.

Anyone know which way it is going to be done? I thought the original intention was that you payed an extra $20 and for that you got the chance to win the rifle/scope without your scores having anything to do with winning.

Dee,
Whether you win by scores or doorprizes, you don't stand a chance if you are not there. I am shooting some of the Lapua Center-X ammo I won this last summer, in AZ next weekend so show up because I sure didn't shoot well enough to win anything.

Oh I will be there for sure. Only 2.5 hours from home it is not to be missed by any means. I was just curious about the rifles as I am confused about how they are intended to be given away by drawing or by scoring. Of course I plan to win on points and door prize =))

I was just going to let everyone argue about the scoped rifles. We are going to DOOR PRIZE one scoped rifle for each combined rifle class. You MUST enter into your highest classification. We think that this will be the best way to eliminate the sandbaggers!

More details will be forthcoming after the SHOT Show in January!

That's quite an incentive to reach a less populated classification!

Sand baggers should be shot in the bags...or given an orange shirt and dropped off in the center of town.
