Did a search and found these posts. I orderd 2 sets in September, have the order number and all and still nothing. Like in the past they are true to their reputation, a dozen emails and calls and no reply on the status of the order.

BKL Stories

I've heard so many bad BKL stories about people being billed and never getting their parts, it's disgusting.
Their practices are tantamount to mail fraud.
Perhaps a letter (or even better, a visit) from the Attorney General's office might convince them that billing people and then not shipping, or waiting several months to ship, is not a nice thing to do.

Apparently, this is the norm. I'm having the same issues with Eric Brooks at CZ452.com. A month ago I placed an order (and was billed) and to date, I have not seen a single screw, ring or rail. Furthermore, I have placed 2 inquiries and have yet to get a response. I was about to write this off and order through BKL...looks like they're no better.
Sorry way to run a business....I can understand delays, late shipment etc. But to not even acknowledge and e-mail??!?!? That's pretty lousy.

Get 'em at Brownells (the BKL rings).

BKL and Eric Brooks have the same reputation. Honest in that they will make good, but sometimes slow and unresponsive.

Their service is pretty spotty. I ordered a riser. The billed immediately and I had to wait 3 weeks and a couple of messages on their answering machine to get them. It would have been fine if they had just replied and said that they would be a while, but I received no communication until they shipped.

Seriously, folks. If you need anything from BKL, get it from Coates. The price will be good and so will the service. On top of that, you'll be getting it from a fellow silhouette shooter.

Well after about 20 emails and several calls to BKL I sent them a notice to cancel my order, as I got a set from Mary & Coates. My cancel email got a response the same day... go figure.
Heck of a way to run a business.....

Mary,
Any chance you could set me up with some rings for my CZ 452. I'm getting absolutely ZERO response from Eric Brooks.
