For the past several years , me and Rains have been staying at the Hampton Inn in Anthem. It is about 9 miles north of the range on 17. Jerry likes the classy digs, but at $135. a nite, too rich for my tastes. Give me a Motel 6 anytime. One time we made it to the range in only six minutes with Jerry at the wheel of his Monte Carlo SS. I could'nt shoot practice for an hour after that ride ! We will be staying there again this year, driving a four banger rental I hope.

Yes that one is just north of my niece and she mentioned that one also, in fact that is the area I'd like to look at moving to as it's away from the city, close to BA and the highway.

She was really concerned about JB saying he put you at the Motel 6, she actually thought he was serious when I was talking to her

Bob...not sure if I am going to take the camera this year. We all know what Ben Avery looks like by now. I want to concentrate on winning the match this year, both guns . Picture taking is a lot of work. I want to stay focused on shooting. Maybe you should commission a poll. Pictures....or no pictures. Let the group decide.

McAlice, I have talked to about 4 others who say they are going to win the match, also. There is just one trophy and two pieces of wood, 1 for Standard, 1 for Hunter. By the way for all who are coming to BA this weekend, 1-17 is being worked on in both directions, I don't go that way but a couple times a month, have had no problems on the weekend, but for Friday's practice with the work traffic going through there, it might set you back a few minutes both north and south. Just a heads up.
