Nothing quite like a cold ocean swim early in the morning to start off your day! Wakes a body right up.

Having my breakfast brought to me as I sit by a warm body of water is a much better way to start a day...

Didn't say mine was a better way, only "quite" a way.

Warm, cold, it doesn't matter as long as the tea is hot.

And you get served by a long legged busty blonde ! Leaning all over you........
Yes, come in the wet, that's January to December ! (just kidding)
This Summer's temps were around the 100degF in some of those snow pictures this year.
Skiing is great now,
and,
If you like fishing, wild trout are the best in the World.
And plenty of gamefishing, pelagics, and general sea fishing as well.
cheers,

259, any place that you are never more than nintey miles from the ocean can't all bad. Now depending on which you prefer, flatland or mountains gets to be your choice of islands. The only problem with spring time is that you are likely to get put to work with the shearing, oh well could be worse.
Sean, my mother was the last of the long legged busty blondes to leave the island. LOL I certainly didn't get those genes form her, maybe her fathers short broad side but then his father came through Australia....

I would love to bring the ole land gator....But they might have a pet import restriction like England where you need to have your pet quarantined for rabies. But other wise are there any restrictions with travel to the island for a shoot..Say thier Nationals....Regulations for firearms brought there.

Similar to Aus,
you need to fill in forms for Importing into here. (same as we have to do for bringing into the USA)
If anyone plans to visit and shoot.
Aussie Nationals beginning October is probably a better way to go, four days shooting, Air, Smallbore and hunter, and HighPower and hunter,
then hop across the ditch for a vist here.
cheers,

Short hop there Sean....only a few inches on the maps, but I guess it does beat trying to hop there from Greenland or Iceland. If I didn't have half of Oct already committed with that four letter word I would consider that little hop.

We are now 35 cm closer after the last earth quake in NZ.
The Aus Nats are in Batemans Bay a nice coastal town. Two hours from Canberra and Pambula. About 5 from Sydney.
Come on down
