Righto.
All jokes aside. I would like to say that I/we as an Australian Team had a really superb time whilst in the states. The hospitality shown to us was typical of our sport and just goes to show that shooters the world over are a great bunch of people. Without the assistance of a whole bunch of people our trip would not have been possible or as much fun. To that end I would publicly acknowledge (not by name cause there was too many) and thank all those involved. To anybody else that reads this post that we did not meet, I hope that one day we can have a brew and a chat face to face and then maybe sling some lead at a few targets whilst we are at it.
I do hope that those persons on the East coast that were rained on recently by Hurricane Irene have not had too much damage and that you all managed to keep your powder dry. PKNY please stop eating over the keyboard as the crumbs are getting into the keys anddd JJammingg eeveerythinssg up.
To those people out in the West I don’t think you’ll have too much trouble keeping your powder dry as 107 was a little hot out in Dallas. P.S. I know who shot JFK (I’ll have to keep it quite though as I can’t reveal my sources)
To those South of the Border in the home of Silhouette I really do hope that you interest in the Australian Nationals develops into a trip to Australia in the near future. As I’m sure that Angelica would love to teach the Aussies (again) a lesson in how to shoot.
Luke. What else can I say 40/40. Dam that was good to see. Oh, and thank Pop again for the Elk. There is nothing better than to visit a country and eat their animals. Anyone for kangaroo???
To team Kitty I have one thing to say H-A-M, how do you get three syllables in such a little word. Good luck Mallory I hope that you continue to show all the boys a thing or two about shooting.
Hang on, it was just about all the girls that beat us, dam it. Oh well I know we will have to rtn and try harder next time.
Baby Huey. STOP GROWING. But keep improving and keep that smile going. How is the Aussie slang bottle opener going (not that you would be opening beer of course, wink wink)?
Innocent, I know your not.

Russ, it was great meeting yourself and Dooga and seeing Anthony again after all these years. Certainly was a lot of fun with you all and hope I can make it in the fall or spring. The Chairman tells me January would be good. Mary and I had our hands full trying to keep BH for stealing your flags, but it all worked out :D

And when Baby Huey left Jorge took over and was more than willing to try to keep your flags in the most inappropriate places, like wind flags at 500 meter line....but then he had some assistance from some of the match officials on that one.
