Shhhhhhh...you will wake up Beckley. Here it is 7:15 pm in Raton and he is already snoring tucked into bed. I am up front at the Best Western, perhaps Ratons finest digs, messing with the internet. We just had a burrito dinner at the Sands but walked over to Dairy Queen for ice cream. This town is sadly lacking in decent food. We ate at K -Bobs for steak last night...again

Bob, if you like Mexican food the Sands is the place to go. My friend Dennis Ostler and I went there four times last month while shooting the Cowboy Nationals. I personally recommend #82 Carne Tampico (large piece of sirloin, cheese quesadilla, rice and beans plus salad bar).
The place was recommended to me by my friends Rick Kelly and Glenda Graves, a couple from Yuma that spend the summer at Raton working and shooting at the WC.

We can't give all the crap to McAlice for cross firing, must be something in the water up there in Colo. At the Az state match this year someone shot 10 turkeys, but only nine were his, none other than Dave Boner.
