Anyone have any idea where I might find a Pharr stock these days?

I am not sure ... do you mean a Wooster stock or a Robertson composite stock ???
Both are the styles used when Mark was offering his work on hunters ...
Perhaps you are looking for a virgin stock ?

If you are looking for an alternative to the Pharr stock, I know a lot of people using stocks made by Wayne Merier in GA.

Also Steve Wooster makes a good stock - I've just not seen that many down here in the SouthEast - but I've heard good things about them:

Contact my friend Ivan Rubio from El Paso, TX. I was told he took over the stock business from Frank Carrillo and he makes a version of the Mark Pharr stock in carbon fiber. I have one and I like it a lot. Tony Tello

I spoke to him earlier this week and he gave no indication that he wasn't producing stocks any longer.

Just a note here. I know Steve Wooster does make a Pharr style stock. You'd have to ask him for details.
