A post or bead is legal for a front sight. A round insert is legal for a front sight. Is the combo of a post and round insert legal for a front sight ? The rules say OR not AND OR. Opinions please. I know this will be an issue next week.

The post and a round insert will be legal - except on Fridays.

What I am wondering is how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.

I know at least one shooter that will be shooting this combo. I was asked to help inspect guns and this question came up. I think if both are legal they are legal together , but I have seen men's lives altered on the difference between " May" and "shall'. I am not there yet. Jeanne is.

If you think about it, a post in a hooded front sight or a Beech sight is a post in an aperture. The have been legal all along.

You should be here. Just had a minor hail storm.
