Why are you looking to get rid of the 39A?
I've heard great things about the Henry's, but I thought the 39A was THE gun for Smallbore Cowboy!?!

Yes! The weight of the Henry is better for me. Two shoulder surgeries make it challenging to hold the 39A...and just when I got it start shooting right!

39A used to be the Lever Action rifle, but more and more Henry's are showing up. So many are showing up that the 24" is difficult to find.

Looking for a specific Henry rifle isn't very hard. Just call the Henry factory and talk with the owner. If he can't locate one for you he will ship one to your dealer. I have read of him doing this many times and I even had him ship me a 22 mag rifle to my dealer.
