The fact that the NRA set the fees and awards for the 2018 Nationals in Raton does not mean that it is forbidden to donate prizes to the National matches. Our club is small with just a handful of members and very little in the way of funds but we started writing letters to the different tourism departments in our state asking for prizes unique to Mississippi. Most did not reply but the Dept. of agri-tourism immediately shipped 500 lapel pins for the souvenir bags. Each competitor's state or country should have something in that bag to represent their state or country. It does not take a huge effort to write a couple of letters or send a few e-mails. I am sure Jeanne would welcome those types of prizes.
