The rifle will include the scope rings. As I understand this was a class legal rifle some of you may know more than I do about it.
When I bought the rifle the slip on recoil pad had been added but I do not have the original plastic buttcap.
The rifle was super accurate and originally meant to be for a Precision build I ended up just buying a 455 tactical with the Manners stock.
$450 Shipped by me to your FFL in the lower 48 or Alaska with extra fees.
