I'd like to find a set of BKL 257's for quick delivery from someone who has them in-stock.

Who do you recommend?

I was at the BKL facility today, red ones are really nice as were the new royal blue ones.

Next time you go there, ask 'em why the hell it takes them more than two weeks to mail a set of rings to San-freakin-Antonio...

Oooo... they have royal blue now? I might just have to order some 257-H rings in blue to match my rifle/vest. :)

I have actually thought about trying to distribute them myself. They dont really seem to be set up to sell a single set of rings, rather just large batches. They have a pretty neat product line and can also do custom jobs like adding slope etc. They have a hefty minimum order( at least in my eyes) but I think there my be a market for someone to take over smaller sales who can react faster than 2 weeks. What kind of market is out there?

Luckily, I live a few minutes away and can run by and get them.

PS They blue ones look pretty cool, not sure if any have been shipped yet.

Rings arrived today.

Kudos to Mary Watkins.

I received the rings today after excellent communication and customer service. She even "fronted" the rings to me, including a SASE for me to return payment in.

You don't find that kind of service and trust very often.

My highest recommendations for doing business with Mary.

Thanks again,

SteveM.

Steve,
Thank you for the compliments, actually the one to talk with is my son Coates as he knows the stock, I only handle the mailing etc.. The issues of delivery have been a problem from BKL but he is finally starting to build up enough stock to cover some of the "quick need" items. As for fronting, never had a bad check from a shooter yet, I'm sure that sooner or later something will come up but that is part of doing business.

Have fun trying out the 'new stuff'...

Mary
